The holidays can be a time of stress and strife for some, so it is very important to remember to look for the blessings in our lives and focus on gratitude.

We all experience struggles and mishaps in life, but remembering the high points will help us overcome the difficult trials in life’s journey.

Neurologists have found even the process of searching for things to be grateful for can create a release of dopamine and improve our mood.

We start thinking about the good things in life; remembering that even though we are facing trials the good experiences make it worthwhile.

Having a positive attitude in life provides a light at the end of a tunnel to hold on to when we are hitting the tough times.

Creating an attitude of gratitude will help us become more positive and have a happier outlook in life!
